JIAN MASSAGE

Booked online appt for 1 hour massage (5:30 pm - 6:30pm) for February 16th (not Valentines Day). I am a new customer here. I recd an email and text confirmation confirming the appt. As well as a text reminder at 4pm. Arrived no one looked in computer to confirm my appt , didnt ask my name or phone number just rushed me into a room. A lady came in and started and then asked 30 mins? I said I booked an hour and asked you can only do 30 minutes? She used an interpreter app and said ok, ok . Well 30 mins later she said done and zipped out. When I went upfront to pay, she said cash? I said no debit card. She added in a fee for using my card which is fine, but she was more interested in how much I was gonna tip her. Made sure to use the interpreter app to ask how much do you want to tip me?

Massage was good and they got me in on short notice. However, when I went to pay she rang me up and asked how much for tip. I stated that I had cash and laid it out. I didn’t have a full 20% tip but around 18-19. She then continued to ask for more. She stated that she rang me up for a lower price and deserves more. I told her to ring me up for the correct price. She continued to harass me till I handed over another 5 dollars and walked out.

I had such a wonderful and relaxing experience. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was euphoric. I highly recommend this spa and I plan on returning.

I was not okay with this service, I felt too exposed and molested, I dont know how they have a license for this!!! Should be shut down in my opinion. And when I was rang up, she was not happy with my "customized tip". Well I felt violated and felt i should file assault charges. But I let it go being a first timer...I wont return.

Had a couples massage. I was not pleased with the service that I received. There was barely any communication prior to or during on what was going on or discussing any concerns we may of had. The first ten minutes they rubbed my back with the sheet over it. I only got a back rub and it was supposed to be full body massage. The music was too far away to hear and could only hear kids next door the whole time. Not as relaxing as I hoped more so made me anxious.
