Rodney is the greatest. The haircuts I get here are reliably excellent. After receiving a haircut from Rodney, I went to a job interview where I was told I might even be overqualified for a role I don't really know how to do. That's how good of a haircut it is. But even if it wasn't, I'd still come here for the lively and entertaining conversations. Be sure to tip well!

Since I moved here in Salt Lake City way back 2013. Rodney has been cutting my hair. No one else. He is amazing. Customer service is great. He listens and do what hair cut you want. Perfect 10!

Best haircut I've had in years. I walked in because it is close to home for me. Rodney cut my hair, and it was refreshing to finally have a barber who didn't need me to tell him every little thing. He just looked at my head and knew what to do. Awesome service!

Unfortunately I was not able to get a haircut today. I respect the fact that Jim's is closed during this pandemic and I will call and make an appointment with Rodney for the world class haircut that only the world famous James can have as soon as it is safe for everyone.
