My hair was box braided and I went to get a wash and set but the lady had an EXTREMELY nasty attitude!! Telling me I should have done my own hair beforehand. She was really unprofessional I wish I could give zero stars and my money back

Had a horrible experience at this salon rated it a 1 because o had no choice. I showed yamilet the stylist a picture on my cell phone which I had up the entire 5hrs that I was there to show her exactly what I wanted. I asked for hair dye n highlights and got an ombre instead just 2 colors that don'teven fade in together. My hair looks like I haven't dyed it in 3yrs because the colors don't even blend together. These people are liars instead of fixing their mistake for their customers they rather play the blame game n recharge you again. I paid over $200 to get a dye, and haircut that went completely wrong. If your looking to get your hair done this is not the place. What a nightmare this salon should be shut down. Horrible customer service!

These ladies are very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Having daughters with a whole array of types of hair, this is a one stop shop for me! My girls love going there, too.
