Terrible!! Don’t go here! I’ve been to them numerous times and the service lately has been terrible!!! Look at my nails! I just got them done not even 24 hours ago, the paint chipped on one. I returned today waited over an hour for a paint repair!!! Then to top it off the lady redoes my nail and it’s shaped like a non experienced tech did it! Look how ugly my set looks and I just got them freshly done yesterday. I complained, nothing was done about it. They didn’t offer a discount or anything!!! Please go elsewhere I’m serious this place is going down hill

I lovedddd the place and the customer service was 10/10, i did my luxury pedicure, i wax my eyebrows and my upper lip with Jennifer and she was so patient with me cause i was being very picky 😅 and also the guy from the front desk very nice as well, I'll definitely be back soon, 100% recommend 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The guy who did my nails was great I really love my nails . My issue was that when I was at the front desk and I told them what I wanted they just did not listen I have been trying to grow my own nails and I told them I wanted my natural nail bcz I’m trying to make it stronger When I got to my nail guy he read the paper that front desk gave him and ending cutting off my natural nail as short as possible 😭 and putting fake nails on top of my own. And of course they filed my nails so thin that was bending again all the hard work I did was gone. When I told front desk the guy tried to blame on my nail tech I had to tell him, he did nothing wrong but follow the ticket that he gave him on top of that the guy made me pay full set gel-x instead calling the manager to fix the issue.

I had a service done with Micheal and it was amazing! He was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. I had a great time and everything turned out even better than I expected. Highly recommend!
