I had a horrible experience with this hair saloon. In general, I do not have difficult hair, just curly yet softest hair which tend to frizz from harsh soaps. They know this by just touching my hair with their hands. Their combing technique is nonexistent, just horrible, they just rip the hair. Their touch is tougher than it needs to be. Their pull on the hair is like a fight with somebody. I brought my products and I only needed a touch of it and no more which I placed on their hand. The so called trained professional hair stylist just took the product and placed too much on my hair to how it need it to be. I am not certain if they have proper training to open a business. They are over priced, underskilled, crass, rough, do not speak English or could be lying to hide something.They have
