JJ NAILS Pedicure Spa

On December 31st, I received a gel polish removal and application at JJ Nail Pedicure Spa. An electric file was used at a high setting on my natural nails, causing significant thinning. On January 1st, gel polish detached from two fingers, and one nail later broke. I did not feel comfortable returning for a third visit to fix it and was not offered a refund for the two hours I spent in the salon. This damage was not present before the appointment. I’ve been a client at Jj’s for well over a decade and I just love everything about them. The facility is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the service is always great. I’m sure you’ll receive the best pedicure in town here at Jj Nails. I think my favorite thing about this place has to be the environment. The staff is so friendly and overtime they start to feel like family. It staffing is pretty consistent so you get to create bonds with the staff, even if you’re not their client. I visited this place yesterday because I was in town for business, I had a pedicure and my brows done. The pedicure was absolutely amazing and the staff were very nice and inviting. However, the gentleman that did my brows burned me so badly! He said that people complain of being burned after being serviced by him but that is because they go tanning immediately after. Well, I don't go tanning and this is how I've looked since yesterday. I was also so red, and it's a bit painful. He may need some retraining because the wax was too hot and I don't even know if he waxed my brows because it's so messed up in that area I can't tell. I'm going to follow up with management because this is insane!

My tech Linda, Does a phenomenal job everytime. I've been seeing her for almost 15 years and my nails don't lift even when I've gone a very long time before another balance. She's kind, knowledgeable, sincere and I call her my friend and don't know what I'd do without her!

I knew my boyfriend was planning an engagement soon because he kept telling me to make sure my nails were done. I had gone to two nail salons and they either peeled after a week or they didn't give me at all what I wanted (a simple and classic french manicure). I went to JJ’s as a last resort because it looked like he would propose on our date later that day. JJ’s gave me exactly what I wanted and spent the extra time to remove the LAYERS of gel nail polish that another salon applied. My nails were perfect and exactly what I hoped for for my engagement.
