JK Nails

This has become my go-to nail salon. Jennifer is an attentive and talented owner and technician, and the whole staff is wonderful. My nails never chip or peel, and I still get compliments on my nails when they are 2-3 weeks old (peach and yellow nail photos). Their prices can’t be beat, especially for the quality. I’ve brought family and friends here and they’ve loved it as well. Highly recommend!!

Review updated (11/06/2025): Came back again against my better judgement. Requested a gel manicure and pedicure, and was charged more than the prices on the website. When doing my pedicure, the lady cut me and I bled for ~15-20 minutes. It happens, I get it. However, she kept spraying it with alcohol to “stop the bleeding” and proceeded to paint my toes anyways. She swiped the blood with the base coat in a way that dragged it onto my nails, so it definitely made contact with the brush that she proceeded to put back into the bottle and will more than likely use on other customers. Pedicure application was definitely uneven. My manicure was done by a different lady who was absolutely no better. The application is incredibly messy and uneven. My new go-to salon! I came in late in the evening as a walk-in and was able to be helped immediately by Kathy. She did a fantastic job recreating the design from pictures I showed her, and she offered ideas to improve it for my set (like adding the sparkle accent nail)! Kathy was kind and meticulous in her work, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I got this set a month ago for Valentine’s Day, and I have had ZERO chipping or lifting in four whole weeks. I’m going in this week to see Kathy for the second time and get another set of beautiful nails from her!

We came a little late but they were still very sweet, changed any mess ups and did me and my sisters eyebrows free of charge for my birthday. 10/10 customer service was amazing thank you again Kay ✨

The lady that did my nails was impatient. I booked a soak off and asked her not to file the top of my nails to get the polish off because it makes them weak and then they break and instead I wanted to soak off the old polish which is why I booked that service. She kept huffing waited for them to soak about 30 seconds and said she would be gentle with the file only getting the color. I should have said no because that's not what happened. Now my nails that I have been growing for two months are breaking. I've had them done from here for two days and already two of my nails broke off. Never coming back. They are cheap for a reason
