JK Nails

I have been getting my lashes done by Nancy since she was at the nail salon on Victory Blvd. When she opened her own salon I followed her there. Today I was not pleased with the way I was treated or how unprofessional Jimmy her husband was today. I called before I arrived to find out what time she would be in. I was told 11 am by Jimmy. I arrived at 1030. There was a lady that was there before me and she was taken to the back to have her lashes done. I looked up and noticed the lady was leaving but that I hadn’t been called and noticed Nancy was doing a ladies feet. I figured she was already here and just waited. Well while I was waiting a young lady walked in and said she was there to have her eyebrows waxed and she was told to go to the back. I asked Jimmy “hey you didn’t forget me did y

Lynn is really good. She listens and does what you ask, not what she wants. She is fast too. My and my sisters nails look great. We were very pleased with our service.

Another beautiful job! Since moving here I had went to 3 other salons before JK and finally found total satisfaction!!!! Comfortable setting, everyone is super friendly and professional! If you are looking for your "GO TO* salon I 100% recommend the ladies at JK NAILS!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would!!! Jimmy has a VERY SMART MOUTH and is VERY OFF PUTTING it seems to his Black customers 😡😡Who in fact make up 95% of their business 🙄 🤔 I only see the Lady but this particular time she was on vacation so I simply ask when would she be back and Jimmy was like DON'T everyone need a vacation and rolled his eyes!! This isn't the first time he has come out his mouth wrong!! I will no longer be going back and to all my fellow BLACK QUEENS DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Go to where you will be treated with respect !!!Just like any other customer!! I see now why their business has went down!!!
