JL Nails and Spa

i have been to JL multiple times and normally they’re pretty good nails. yesterday i went and had a terrible experience. i had the older lady and she was very rough and ended up cutting my skin a few times. my nails ended up very slanted and when i asked about it they said it was just how my nail was shaped. but they are obviously filed way more on one side than the other.

This is the 2nd time I have called them over the phone for prices. One of them is so rude because I can't understand her her thick accent. So I asked to speak to someone else and explained why. It's the same girl because she always says rudely "Oh My God"! But when you go in their nice ....hm

What I asked for vs what I got... They do not know what they're doing AT ALL. And Lisa is extremely rude- yelling at me along with other people and publicly embarrassing her clients in front of the whole store when in reality she's the one who cannot handle criticism...

First time getting my nails done in a long time and I'm absolutely in love with them! Jimmy did the best job and took his time to make sure they were just the way I wanted them!

me and my friend came in a few days ago for nails on our days off. my nails turned out good, but there were a few things that bothered me. we walked in and this man who looked like he'd been asleep comes out and asks what we wanted. my friend told him what she wanted and she was sat. he then turned to me and asked me what i wanted. i showed him a photo and he laughed (wasnt even a hard thing to do. french tips but pink instead of white with a dark pink line above the tip). he pointed me in the direction to look at color. the man then goes to my friend. hes making conversation and asks what we do as jobs. my friend just quit and im looking for a new job. she tells him this. he then proceeds to tell her she needs to stay at the job. he also just was acting snobby and stuck up. a woman comes
