I got the long lasting nail polish manicure and it lasted for over 2 weeks. It's the best manicure I've ever gotten. Now I understand why Manhattan women have such high standards of their nail salons. Didn't notice the price, was worth it.
The manicure and pedicure were both very high quality. I give this place three stars instead of five because the prices were both high and not transparent. I got a gift certificate for my birthday to cover the $82 mani-pedi, but JnJ then upcharged me $16 -- for a total of $98 -- because I picked out a "special" long-lasting polish. I did not see a sign anywhere indicating that this polish cost more money. Also, the technician made my finger bleed after I told her not to use the cuticle cutter. Although I thought the manicure and pedicure looked great, these prices are crazy.
Hi, just got of the spa getting an hr massage from a lady. Thanks for the hard work on me. But I need to say something important for the business representatives there, me and maybe for following clients. I am a NY and NJ massage therapist and have went 50-60 spas over 150 times to get massage price range from $25-145 before tip and tax. I love to learn massage. That’s the only reason I go get massage places. The massage management should to be changed in this spa. I paid $145. Way way way over priced compared to the overall massage quality in my point of view. The reason I give 5 stars is that I have no offense for the people working there. Maybe the other massage therapists would be different. Plz don’t miss understand. You can check yourself.
Bad nail shaping, uneven messy polish job even when asked to correct, and overpriced. You can find better in midtown with better manicurists and cheaper prices.
They did a good job and were nice but the employees tried to upsell me four times. The last time was for a lip wax. I don’t even have hair there (I had it lasered off). I just have pregnancy dark skin spots. Left feeling worse about myself than when I came in.
