They had what I was looking for and their store is well stocked, their prices are also very competitive.

I came into this store at around 11AM on Sunday August 17, 2025. I was looking for an item. There were two ladies working there. One was newer because I had not seen her before and the other had been working there for a while because I remember seeing her. The newer lady tried her best to assist me. She even asked the other girl to help me. The newer lady is heavier. The girl that has been working there longer is skinny. She wore a tank top and has stretch marks on her upper arms. She also wore a curly lace front. The skinny one that had been working there longer was rude to me unprovoked. When I was looking for the item, she asked me to show them a picture but I didn’t have a picture of the item. While I was around the corner at Starbucks, I remembered the name and I found the picture. I

Scammers . Do not purchase any hair products from them . What’s the point of buying a hair product that doesn’t work if you can’t either exchange it for another product . Their return policy is very deceiving . The policy states that you can exchange products within 7 days and with a receipt, no return on hair and wigs NOT HAIR PRODUCTS . I was actually going to buy another hair mask and a curl moose . I’d rather shop at Sephora for my hair care products from now on . Oh and when I told the owner that I used the product ,( because why would I purchase a hair product to not try it ) he said I can exchange it but then changed his mind once I started talking about how the product didn’t work to the cashier . They tried to blame it on the owner not understanding English but it’s very clear
