Jojo's Hair Braiding

Reviews a little funky, but what gets me is they don’t do children under 9 but when you look them up on Google their first picture shown is a child that couldn’t be older then 5 LMFAOOO then their responses in the reviews shows the owners attitude. I have not been here, but based strictly off a phone convo and the responses to reviews.. I’ll look elsewhere.

Yeah she did the same to me! A few months ago I brought my seven year old daughter in to do a simple style. She told me to come back at 5pm. I bring my daughter back at 5pm with her hair washed. Long story short they got mad because the woman couldn’t do my daughter’s hair, they bucked up at me and then kicked us out of her salon! A mother and daughter! After they told us they would do it! Never again! That was very traumatic for my daughter…The Most High will deal with them accordingly…they cursed themselves with this action and will not prosper.

Just called and tried to set up something for my 6 year old daughter. I wanted to get her hair braided with or without hair added. I was told over the phone that they do not do kids at all. Looking at the reviews before calling I noticed someone stated they had got their 8year old hair done here. Honestly that’s the only reason I called.

I made an appointment for 9:00 am. I arrived a few minutes early and was told to walk in and have a seat. I was greeted by a text message "good morning have a seat we are coming shortly." I sat and waited for 20 minutes and still nothing. I kindly got up and left. I got a call at 9:30. I guess she was wondering why I left. My time is money and I hate for it to be waisted. Punctuality and good customer service is a must.

The store was very inviting. The aroma motivated you to shop through the store, even for things you didn't come for lol. The music was just the right tempo and sound. Most importantly, the owner was very knowledgeable of her supplies and inventory. She's very sweet. I would visit again when I'm in the area!!!
