Jolie Nails

Got a bad face wax & nails done. The wax was fine until she applied aloe gel? on but I told her it was burning but she still added more. I then got my nails done which was also fine bad. She insisted I get a refill instead of a new set but no, I wanted a new set! They didn’t have the shade I wanted and had to go with another one. When she took my old nails off she didn’t clip or file down my real nail then applied the new nail so my real nail was choppy. Also, Didn’t tell me to wash my hands to take the dust off. This was for The (blue butterfly) nails they looked good on the surface but bad underneath. I didn’t realize until I got home that my face was red. I took pics of it & called & texted the next day about the burn, I was expecting attentive & apologetic behavior with a discount serv

Worst pedicure of my life. the first red flag should have been the water being cold. the lady who did my toes didn’t even clean them well. it felt rushed. while i noticed the other ladies taking their time with their clients. when i told her i didn’t want gel she started talking to her peers in her language as if it was an inconvenience for her. i told her her to cut my nails a little shorter & she cut them super short & crooked. my toe nails look ugly, looks like as if i got them done at home. DO BETTER. BE BETTER.

I'm never disappointed with my nail designs. Tee usually does my nails, and if not her, Sally. I don't care what photo i show. The design is executed every time!!

Instant 5 stars, only because she sat me down with HOT water, even though it was to hot she was so patient enough to get it to my liking. The lady on my feet is quiet but does a wonderful job. Taking her time and bringing these babies back to life! I am new to the area and I feel like I already have a home nail salon. There is a younger female so bubbly, very friendly, and give great recommendations. I’m happy with the service. Usually someone always hurt me while clipping but not them! I am so relaxed❤️

My nail are so uglyyyyy. It looks as if I let somebody practice on them. I didn’t even get a topcoat and the polish wasn’t even distributed evenly, no shape, and didn’t even let my nails dry all the way before putting oil on. And they’re not even shaped evenly. And yes. I left the shop just like this smh.
