Last year in early December I got a pedicure done by Nail Specialists "MISS.MOON". I was concerned about the corners on my big toes (soreness etc.). Miss.Moon told me to relax and enjoy my chair massage.. She strategically cut my nails and kept continuing to ask me "are you okay". I replied "Yes". She was doing such a great job I suddenly fell asleep ! After she cut my toe nails, massaged my legs and feet etc., my toe pain went away ! Thank you so much for taking care of my toe nails and always being concerned about how I am feeling ! Miss. MOON your official work name should be DR. NAILS ! You are the best and I will continue to have my nail cut ONLY by YOU ! ! Jolie Petite Nails & Spa is AWESOME SAUCE !

Went here on a Sunday to get my nails done by Lena (funny we share the same name lol). I did the dip on my natural nails and I love the shape and shade of this color! The salon was very clean and so pretty. The ladies here are so nice and sweet! Definitely coming back here again.

No pleased with the quality of service. The technician was very rushed and extremely rough with my nails. The paint job and acrylic were very sloppy and I am actually embarrassed to have my nails look like this. The nails tips were way too big for the actual nail, and she never asked for what shape, I asked for an ombré French manicure and she told me she couldn’t do that, I picked out a color similar to the one on my nails now, but she didn’t have the choice so she picked this out for me. I just really wanted this place to be better and I was extremely let down, the customer service was definitely lacking.

The technician got mad and threw my hand down because she accidentally filed off an acrylic nail and I asked for her to fix it. She refused to fix it and told me that I had to come back tomorrow. I wasn’t going to wait another day I have my nails done because they came in that day. I then had to wait for the owner to show up. The owner was nice and attempted to fix my nails but these were still the final product. They did not even clipped my cuticles. I was there for nearly 4 hours for a manicure only. All of my gel nails work chipping by the next day.

Moon was incredible! This was my first time to Jolie and I will definitely be coming back to see her!
