Jolie's Nails

Moved into area and was looking for new nails salon. I get em done every 2-3wk, this set has been 2-3mo with fills and natural nails were long and arcrylics were lifting. Wanted to remove old nails and start fresh, tech argued and said she was just gonna file them. I asked again to have them removed, she then rushed to removed the old nails cutting my in process. Finger bleeding under nail, she is telling me to relax and it wouldnt hurt. Ive been getting nails done for years and this was worse experience ive had. Needless ti say i walked out as she "was only one could do nails" after making an appt.

I asked for acrylic when I got there. I had on GelX from another place I had went to and i TOLD her that. Instead, she grabbed my hand and just put acrylic on the top. I told her i wanted a fresh set and she refused. One of my nails was crooked from the previous place i went to, and when i said that she said “mhm, ya” and i said “ok, i want a fresh set.” she said “no, no, no.” This place is beyond ridiculous. She was getting frustrated with me telling her what I wanted to do with MY nails. Definitely a waste of money and I’m not going back.

I went before Halloween on 10/24/20 to get a pedicure and SNS nails, i was not happy bc by Nov.4th which is not even a week and my nails just popped off and i don't care how short they're, SNS is not supposed to do that they have lasted Me 3-4 weeks (month or even longer) before. New lady i haven't seen her before did my nails. NOT HAPPY ESPECIALLY WHEN I Paid $62.00. This was my 1st BAD experience since I've been going to Jolie's Nails which is some 5+ years if not longer.

Daughter went there today to get nails done for Prom first doing on own. nails were horribly done.. there is hair in one of the nails.. painted so can’t get off without damaging rest of nail. she asked not to square, they squared them… ask for flower on one it’s a blob and nail is on crooked on one of the fingers… they rushed them out the door .. lady doing her nails said she didn’t speak… very upset for $47… called multiple times before they closed and no one would answer phone! tips have no color can see on photos.. support to be french nothing crazy… black hair in thumb… daughter is blonde..

Cute nails, but I got them done yesterday and they are already about to come off! The woman that did my nails were so aggressive and kept bumping into my other nails messing them up and making them super clumpy! They have huge lumps from where it separates the white tip and the actual pink part of the nail, they are awful! Also the wait is huge and only a few workers are there, for a normal nail painting it’s at LEAST 30 minutes to an hour!! Not good at all! Do NOT come here, it sucks!
