I really enjoy my experience in this beautiful salon. I usually come for manicure. Ely is the best! She is always taking her time to make my nales look neat! She is hardworking, clean, and caring. I highly recommend this place.

I had a very disappointing and painful experience. After my eyelash extension service, I couldn’t open my eyes properly and felt strong pulling on my natural lashes. When the technician tried to fix the issue, a large amount of remover was applied directly to my eyelids. My eyes started burning immediately and I did not open my eyes because it was covered with a pad, limiting ventilation. The burning continued for hours. I had visible whitening on my eyelids and significant irritation. Because of this, I was forced to go to another professional place the same day and pay to have the extensions SAFELY removed. My Hair Was Ruined Days Before My Wedding I had a 12PM appointment and called ahead when I realized I’d be running late. I was told it was fine as long as I arrived before 1PM. When I arrived, I still had to wait another 30 minutes because Anyriam was working on someone else’s client. When I was finally brought back, it was the assistant who started working on my hair. Anyriam eventually came over but only worked on the top front portion of my head. The assistant did the entire back section, which was not what I expected. Throughout my appointment, she was hopping from client to client. What’s most upsetting is that Anyriam had known for months that I was coming to her specifically to get my hair done for my wedding and that didn’t seem to matter at all. I really loved the recent renovation/upgrade at this salon — they’ve made many improvements, and it truly shows. What always stands out to me in any salon is cleanliness, and this place did an amazing job. I especially appreciated that the staff wear scrubs and gloves, particularly during manicure and pedicure services. This is very important to me, so please keep this up!! I also want to specifically mention Ely she was amazing. She did my manicure and was very kind, flexible, and attentive to exactly what I wanted. I loved that she used new, sealed instruments in a plastic bag, which made me feel very comfortable and safe!!!

I've been going to Jolimia Salon for several years and have never left disappointed. Khadija is great with my hair (cut, the occasional color and Brazilian treatment) and Ely does an amazing job on my nails (acrylics, gel polish and pedicures) The salon is clean and everyone is friendly and professional and the the prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to be pampered.
