Yeah I don't really know about this place anymore. I've been coming here for going on 2 years now and truthfully, it's because of convenience but I think I have to move on. First off for the new year, they increased their prices drastically. A French gel mani is $50. A regular mani is $25. Some places charge $35 for gel and yes you're right maybe I should go there then. Staff here isn't as warm as you'd think, they have their days. Here's what's upsetting. They charge $3 to soak off if you get gel again and $10 soak off if you want let's say a regular mani after. I will say their regular pedis are long lasting but it could be better. The water doesn't even do the bubbles machine thing it's just still water. But there's no reason why I got French gel mani only a week ago and my right index

I saw the negative reviews but I wanted to give it a try. Today I had Liliana and she was good. I did the green tea pedicure and a regular manicure. I guess my only complaint is that there should be more attention to detail when it comes to painting nails. One of my fingers on my left hand wasn’t completely painted and one of my toes wasn’t also painted fully. I would come back and I’ll make sure to check them before I leave .

Had me in there for almost 2 hours because someone that had no idea what they were doing was doing my nails. I did let them know I wasn’t happy with the person doing my pedicure… a second person touched my feet before a 3rd person came to fix it & my nails were already cut too short and messed up. Not happy at all & still had the nerve to charge me about 100 for a gel x removal, gel pedicure removed & the gel mani pedi. I was vocal about it and the lady that charged me said she could only give me a discount if the first girl would’ve finish while letting me know she was new.. so basically I would’ve had to let her finished and still pay for someone you know is not doing a good job? I’m confused lol.

I came in for a manicure and pedicure and was really disappointed by the service. My nail tech (Liliana) left halfway through my appointment to work on another client, leaving me sitting and waiting in the middle of my service. It felt unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially since I had already paid for the service and expected consistent attention. I was really looking forward to relaxing, but the experience ended up being frustrating instead.

The problem here is the problem everywhere. They are overpriced. I think where I fall upset is a few weeks ago I came in and wanted to do a set worn flowers and crosses the lady told me it would be a extra 60 per nail? For a couple crosses and flowers. We figured it out and she ended up charging me 5 for 2 stickers. I was happy with my nails but 85? Now, there's where my anger stems. ANYTHING EXTRA they will make up they're own price in they're mind and I don't feel like thats far and I know this because in Spanish the last said to the man “she said ur mom charged hwe 5 for 2 stickers* which meanr she was ready to change me whatever she wanted..Why am I paying 70 for a refill of gel x? Not only that but the lady was activly talking about my nails in Spanish and said “her nails are too lo
