Jones Road Beauty

There was a mixup with my purchase yesterday and i live 2 hours away from a Jones Road store. I called the East Hampton store to explain the mix up and the store manager, Janet Charles, was so helpful, and kind. She immediately remedied the situation without me having to leave my couch! Wonderful customer service.

I did not care for the miracle balm and when I tried to return it I couldn't because I bought them in a set. You cannot return sets or bundles or apparel (who would wear it anyway). So I'm out $80 without so much as saying sorry. Just that 'their website clearly states no returns.' A company who doesn't accept returns of their product doesn't have faith in their product. Miracle balm is greasy and shiny. Don't buy it. They will tell you to use a powder so that's an added expense. Bobbi cosmetics used to be great. Not so much now and their policies favor the business, not making customers happy.

I have been to this location several times and every experience has been positive. Most recently I was there on Saturday for a refresh of my routine. I brought my 80+ year old mom with me. Ivey took care of both of us and she was awesome! She totally got us and made great recommendations. We're both very happy with the items we selected. Thanks Ivey!

I was so excited to go into the store after seeing all hype and good reviews online for the miracle balm. The sales girls were so rude and stand offish. They could have easily talked me into buying 2 to 3 products but I felt so unwelcome I left without purchasing anything

Jones Road was a wonderful experience. Cheyenne Pellicoro made me look and feel gorgeous. The products are all clean which is perfect for my sensitive skin and lasted all evening even as I danced the night away. Scheduling my appointment was very easy and Jones Road runs on time, didn't make me wait, provided complimentary water, and just overall great service. The cost of the appointment also included a $20 credit for makeup at Jones Road which was very generous!
