I have had the best experience at Jones Road Williamsburg with Arianna Rios! She is the best and has done my makeup twice now for wedding events and always creates the perfect natural, but elevated look. I always feel confident when Arianna is doing my makeup and can't wait to be back again!

My best friend and I had the most outstanding experience today. We worked with Martina who patiently walked us through our colors, applications, and options. She was so generous with her time and we ended up with quite the haul! 10/10 recommend. I’ll be back.

I had such a great experience at Jones Road! Erika was incredibly helpful in revamping my makeup routine—she took the time to match me perfectly and explain how to apply each product. Such a pleasant and personalized experience—highly recommend!

Love the product; this store and staff were disappointing. Was excited yesterday to visit a JR store for the first time and looking to try and buy several hundred dollars of product, but left empty-handed after 30 minutes: Staff spent the entire time working with one customer without even acknowledging the other three customers waiting (although one did take a moment to admonish me for dipping a clean Q-tip into the same product twice). In contrast, in the SoHo MAC store the day before a staff member helped me find, swatch and pick out two products within 10 minutes of entering the store even though they were mobbed with Black Friday shoppers. Sometimes you gotta hustle and multi-task a little. Or at least say, "Welcome in, I'm sorry we're shortstaffed today but please enjoy playing with
