Typically nervous to try new makeup, I was reassured when Alexzia greeted me when I walked through the door. She helped me identify the best shade of foundation, and took the time to give me application tips. Alexzia was willing to test many products on me without pressure. I’m very excited to try my new makeup and am grateful for the strong customer service!

I love Jones Road products and have been wearing them for a few years now. I was very excited when I was in a taxi on the way to The Met and passed this store. I always shop online (I’m from Denver) and had no idea there were brick and mortar stores. I was actually going to place an order for some things when I got home after my NYC trip. So, after a few hours at the museum, I popped in to check it out. I loved being able to look at products in person. The beauty products at Jones’s roads are perfect for aging skin. They give just the right amount of color to my cheeks making me feel like I have a natural, dewey fresh face, like I’m not really wearing make up. I also think it would be perfect for younger people that are just starting to wear make up and aren’t quite sure how to do it, Join

What an exceptionally educational, professional, and confidence-building experience I had in Jones Road! Ozzy our colorist and makeup artist was brilliant! Ozzy’s depth of knowledge regarding each product and how the products complement and enhance each other was astonishing. Ozzy made my daughter and I feel comfortable and never pressured. I had just purchased the Hero kit online this morning. We discovered the Madison &80th store quite by accident while walking.
