I stopped into Jonny’s while exploring Asheville as a walk-in. Jonny did an excellent job with my skin fade and beard line-up. Fair prices, cool shop, and knowledgeable barbers. Highly recommend.

First time customer. Had Zack earlier today. Appointment started right on time (which is something I appreciate). Also ended on time too. Zacks probably one of the chillest barbers lol. He did a great job, and listened really well to what I was looking for and met expectations. Would recommend.

Brand new to Asheville, I found Jonny’s through the recommendation of my former barber where I moved from. You never know, recommendation or not, as everyone has a different idea of what looks best. After reading some reviews I decided to choose Zach. Zach is the first barber/stylist in all my years that nailed my haircut first time. This is never happened. Not only is Zach personable and easy to connect with but he’s a good listener and he gets it right away. I’m just floored that he rocked my haircut right out of the gate. Shortly after, I was out and about and saw some folks that I just became friends with and they commented how great my haircut looked. Although advertised as and Freddy saying he does, do not go there for a haircut if you have and want to keep longer hair. Talked about what I wanted and he was all OK, but happy scissors kept cutting and end result was hair that was much too short. He asked how high I wanted sideburns trimmed and I said I did not want them higher. Yet he went in and they are 1” higher now. If you want the short sides and mop on top they seem to do well. But not for longer hair.

Zack is awesome. First time customer here, got a haircut & beard trim, and he nailed it on my first visit. Great experience from start to finish. Will be coming back here regularly! A+ 100%
