Helen was amazing! Her hands are very healing I left feeling the most relaxed I have ever felt in my life!This was my first time ever having a massage, and she made me feel comfortable and was very professional and respectful! I will definitely be returning!!

Very kind woman working. She has amazing hands and she did a great job. It was late on Monday night and she still welcomed us into her massage parlor with welcoming kind heart. She was trying to please me and one other person in one hour. She did thiry mins each and I was very impressed with what she did in 30 mins. I would recommend this place to anyone. Well worth the money. The other shop we went to first wasn't quite as welcoming. They were very rude and they did not welcome us in. We definitely felt unwanted. After checking Google we realized we had went to the wrong shop. We immediately came here to 1710 e 32nd St to Joplin massage and day spa. So glad we did! Much better service! So so kind.

I went in with terrible neck pain. I was a walk-in, and she got me right in! I did a thirty minute neck and back massage, and I left feeling much better. I could tell she knew the exact pinpoints to run out that almost instantly relieved my neck pain! I highly recommend!

They tell you to make appointment and when you come in they won’t honor appointment. The massage is not good unless you enjoy being elbowed and knuckled. Not relaxing at all. Horrible service and answered the phone 5 times during massage and didn’t make up for the time. Also used the bathroom during my massage and didn’t wash her hands.

LOVED my one hour deep tissue!!! Will def be a returning client. Very clean facility. Very friendly employees. Respectful and professional. Def recommend this spa! ❤️
