She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and also offered amazing suggestions that made the final look even better than I imagined. I've been getting my hair dyed with Nazi for the last 4 years. She gives me such a vibrant red color that lasts for months, basically till it grows out. I drive from Atlanta just to see her! Despite my very long hair to be working with, she always gives me such great care and makes me feel good every time! The salon is always professional and friendly. Overall a great experience. I'll be coming back as always!

WARNING: Do not buy gift cards from Joseph & Friends Hair Salon – especially the Cumming, GA location. I had a terrible experience trying to redeem a $360 gift card that clearly shows no expiration date and lists all five salon locations, including the Cumming branch where I had booked services. Despite this, they refused to honor it, claiming their gift card policy had changed a couple of years ago. When I asked how existing customers were notified of this change, I was told they “didn’t have to notify anyone.” I stated that this practice is not just unethical it’s also illegal. I asked to speak with Joseph, the salon owner, but the woman I spoke with claimed she was a partner and co-owner. She insisted I had to go back to the salon where I originally bought the card.
