I feel disappointed and sad with my haircut. I had super long hair that took me years to grow to that length and he chopped off way more than I wanted. Joseph would not look at any pictures I had for an example and did what he thought was best. When he styled it, it looked ok at first but after I washed it, it looked so choppy straight and uneven. I was in tears for days and was even considering extensions. No matter how much I style it, it doesn't look good to me. I purchased a hair cut and wash and blowout. During the cut, Joseph told me he didn't have time to wash and blow out and would have to schedule that portion another time. My experience with Joseph Rene was nothing short of appalling. I bought a hair cut/blow dy package off Groupon. Only AFTER purchasing, his automated texting service tells you theres a $20 up charge for hair length. Right before I got to my appointment, his automated texting service told me my appointments canceled because I was late.. but actually i was early. After responding I got a weird response talking about taxes?… (i highly believe there is something fraudulent going on here). Joseph Rene was not happy to see me, a paying costumer giving him business. Instead he looked down on me and spoke to me in a negative manner the entire time. Nobody answers the phone. The number listed is a bot. They respond but they won’t directly speak with you. I got lost and was trying to get directions and let them know I’d be late. Instead of helping me they send me “an automated message” saying it’s been canceled. When originally trying to make the appointment, they had a group message with 3 other clients on it. It’s been a mess since the beginning. And then the “automated” message responds back gaslighting me. Patronizing me. Saying I wasn’t a good fit. And I’m not respectful of Joseph Rene time. Unbelievable! I’m beyond livid. I’m sitting here in the parking lot crying. I’m a cancer survivor and was really hoping to get this haircut today. Oh well.

Very bad customer service. Got my voucher on Groupon, he cancelled the 1st time, the second time , I was 15 min. since the address was wrong on Google map, and hard to find a place to park. Once there had to wait 10 min Before he unlocked the door, and refused to give me the service because I was late. My voice was immediately retrieved so I was unable to be reimbursed. He was Extremely rude . Never again

Made fun of my hair, made me feel unsafe and insecure. Mean. Rude. Racist. Entitled. BULLY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Most terrifying salon experience. I walked out crying….
