Customer Reviews
I came here for the first time. I love the shop the customer service was awesome. Winner the stylist is beautiful and did a great job on my hair. All the ladies were beautiful and the different hair styles were very pretty,The atmosphere was very relaxing. Only thing that stop me from leaving 5 stat was that smoke detector beeping. No disrespect ❤️🙏🏾
Came here and had the best experience. They calmly detangled my hair, quickly dried it, took me to the chair and blew my hair out so nicely. The price was perfect I was so happy to pay less than $80 for a wash/blowout with curls.
I had a very upsetting experience here today. I called ahead and was told I could come in. When I arrived, I was seated for about 5 minutes before being taken to get washed, but then I was left under the dryer for 2 hours. As I was about to leave, the owner did attempt to blow me out. Regarding my style, I had asked for clip-ins. I was quoted one price over the phone, but in person was given a different price. When I asked for a breakdown, they tried to charge me an additional $10. On top of that, they do not properly install clip-ins — instead of braiding the hair for a secure base, they used rubber bands. This caused bad tension on my hair and was very painful. While the staff were polite, the service itself was disappointing. For a first-time visit, my experience was ruined. I came in
I have been coming here the 3yrs ive lived in Maryland. I live across town over an hr on the bus, but it's worth it. I went to another shop and never again. I will keep coming here for my hair needs. There are some things I don't like is I have to request certain products in my hair but I watch how other customers don't have to. I think all customers should be treated fairly. All of our money is green at the end of the day. I don't like the different prices I pay each time I come here get the same but pay different all the time. Otherwise, I will keep recommending them, and I will keep going to get hair done in between my braids.
Jossy is the best hairstylist in all Maryland. She has been taking care of my hair needs for 18 years now. It's a family owned business with a professional friendly staff. The place is clean and organized, and she offers full recommendations for your hair and gives you an honest opinion. Walk-ins are welcome, but I have always liked to make appointments since I come from Florida now, and I need to make sure she's there. When Olga wash your hair, you get both a hair wash and a massage you end up relax and sleepy. I like to do the rolls and get under the dryer even though it takes longer my hair gets less damaged that way. They are able to work with all hair types and offer other services.
