l've been coming to Journey Hair Salon for 2 years now and I couldn't recommend it more! It is such a welcoming, informative environment. I have learned so much about my hair's needs and how my lifestyle factors play a role in my hair health. I love how the treatments are individualized to the client's needs & Ms. Tomika takes the time to truly educate her clients. The salon experience is personable, relaxing, and high-quality.

I moved to Philadelphia in May 2013 and I’ve been searching for hairstylist since then. I went to over 30 different hair salons before discovering Journey Hair Salon in April 2021 Tamika did my hair for the first time and it was match made in hair heaven.. She and her assistant explained every step of my hair journey. She gave a breakdown of what I needed to do and what products would work bests in my hair.. The best natural hair stylist in Philadelphia!!!!!!!! I definitely would recommend her to every and anyone searching for a Great Natural Stylist!!!!!

Tomika(Owner) did a great job on my hair! Love the results! A bit pricey (no listing of prices on google)..my first encounter with someone really knowledgeable about hair. Shop was clean, professional and staff was friendly. Great I found a shop not to far from me that's African American owned

My first time visiting the salon on July 1st. I was greeted with respect by Tomeka and her assistant. Very Clean and Professional Business. The hair consultation I received was very informative about my hair. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be going back and Thank You again

Tomeka and staff were professional and thorough from the moment I booked my appt. I appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness of the shop. When consulting on the services I had chosen to get done, tomeka was very honest and helpful.
