Terrible customer service. The guy/owner is very disrespectful who thinks it’s okay to yell at customers. Extremely rude. If any customer asking him a question he’s being very short and unpleasant. This nail salon is one of the slower ones in town and for some reason the owner still seems to behave the way he does which explains why they’re slow most of the time. My friend and I will never turn back.

Haven't been to this salon since the original owners left and I can clearly see a difference but went for some girl time with a friend. For cleanlines, I had some concerns but some typical things that unfortunately most nail salons do. They painted my no chip pretty fast with no caution so I got patchy glitter and bumps they filed and buffed. And now not even 24 hours later I have polish that either didn't get a chance to cure or they buffed away the side cap and the polish is lifted. And my friends nails length fine but the polish, sheer and not by choice. Instead of saying anything he moved on with the polish so fast before she could ask if they could do something about the glitter not being what the sample looked like and she was done and stuck with it.

I loved coming here but after new management took over it just hasn’t been the same. The nails were no where near what I wanted but the lady couldn’t do the ombré that I wanted after they told me they could. She was getting upset because she kept having to redo my nail but it was just not what I wanted. These were suppose to be my birthday nails, so after I just had her do one color and add rhinestones but as you can see there so many air bubbles some of my nails didn’t get to finish drying up, I literally just got them done yesterday, overall i was not happy with anything it was not worth $110, while I was there I was really regretting not going to this other place. I’ll probably still come back for pedicures but never for my nails. Really debating whether to get them soaked off

Unfortunately the last time I will be going there. I went to get my old acrylic soaked off instead they just cut them and pried them off my nails. Left my nails hurting.

I finally found Kim after she left pro nails and i absolutely love her she is such a good person good vibes all around always nice when I come to see her. She is the ONLY person I trust with my eyebrows 10/10 amazing job every time and the nails that she does😚💋chefs kiss glad I found her new shop this is the only place I will be going to because of her keep up the good work Kim we all love you💕
