It was an amazing experience, I braid my hair so many times here. Sister joy she is so gentle with my hair and my kids. My kids love coming back.

She was very light with my head, and the parts turned out amazing. It was my first time getting braids but I will definitely come here again. I've gotten so many compliments already! Thank you Joy 🥰

It’s okay, but I’m really disappointed with my experience. My hair was extremely tight, despite me constantly asking them not to make it that tight. I tried communicating my preferences several times, but it felt like they weren’t listening. On top of that, I didn’t even get the style I requested – it was nothing like what I had asked for. I was hoping for a professional result, but I left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. The prices are way too high for the poor service and lack of attention to detail. The whole experience just wasn’t worth it. Honestly, don’t go! I wouldn’t trust them with my hair again.
