i got acrylics done for $55 and in the span of 3 days after i had 2 nails falling off without any labor that would cause them to come off. no retention and messy work. i got them done a week ago exactly and have 3 missing nails.

Update on my previous review! Unfortunately, I will have to stop coming here. This is the only place where I get my pedicure done, loyal customer here and believe me they know how to do a good pedicure. However when it comes to sanitary matters they drop the ball big time! They do not disinfect pedicure equipment. I was there a week ago and noticed something off about my nails. I made a comment and the nail tech shared I have fungus on my big toe. I was so confused, because I don’t go anywhere else, and then her coworker suggested that the fungus may have come from dirt and lint from my socks….. My issue is why did the nail tech not let me know at the beginning of the service that I had fungus? Why did she continued doing my pedicure? Had I known I would have never returned until it

I used to go here for eyebrows and would always go to the owner, Mrs. Lee. She's is excellent with making sure your eyebrows are even and following my suggestions. However, she would often make me wait more than 30 mins, especially if she is with a client. I get it, it's rude customer service to jump in and out of a manicure, but she was that good, I always waited. Until twice I received gift cards from a friend, and they would refuse to honor them. Mr. Lee is super moody, sometimes he wants to be nice and other times, not so nice. On both occasions they did not want to honor my gift certificate and they said that it was not paid for. I’ve been a client of this salon for many years now. In the summer you could always count on a long wait to get your nails done but it used to be ok because I had my favorite girl Blanca do it. She was always great but she was the only one that was great. She has now left on maternity leave and yesterday I saw a new girl. I had the worst experience ever. She destroyed my cuticles and they are ragged and have cuts. Then she attempted to do a gel manicure and could not get it to set. After the two hours of being in the salon and running late for a dinner reservation I asked Lee’s wife to do it and she did it in quick time but so quickly the polish job looks very poor. I went to get a manicure and pedicure with callous remover the lady did not speak any English she didn’t know what she was doing they had to keep instructing her on what to do. The owner did my fill and it was so sloppy I had to tell her to take the polish off and do it over. I didn’t even get my feet polished with the color because they didn’t even know what matching color was. I was so disappointed. I will never go back there again. She went so deep in my cuticles with the electric tool when she put the alcohol it burned and also burned when I put my hand in machine to dry the Gel. They charged 4% on credit card highway robbery.
