Joy Spa & Nails

I've been to a few places near me and had some bad experiences until I left and found Joy nails. I absolutely love them ! Joyce and Chris are so detailed, I always leave loving my nails they can do any design and make it look exactly how I want. I will always be a repeat customer.

Absolutely LOVED my nails. Joy was awesome, friendly and super sweet. Asked every step of the way if I liked the way they were coming out. Took her time. I asked for glittery nails and she DELIVERED. She did not use glittery gel like other places she used actual glitter. Love this place I am so glad I found it! & they took my sister and I in on Valentine’s Day. Seriously awesome!

I’m so happy with my experience! I took my children and I to get a round of mani/pedis. Great location, the interior is well kept, and the staff were great. We received exactly what we asked for and left feeling good about our “relaxing” experience (as my 15 year old put it). Extra A+ for great business practices of calling me a few minutes after I’d left to notify me that they’d accidentally charged an additional service and wanted to refund it. I’d highly recommend and definitely return!

Went today with my friend Mel and got our mani pedis done. First time at this location and had a great experience. Zoey did both my sets and she did such a wonderful job. I know my set was a simple black color but they came out really nice and I very much appreciate it. It’s very hard to find a good salon here in Abq. The whole environment is very happy and joyful and I love it ! Definitely will make it a spot. Thank you again !!

I requested the tap gel nails for my second visit. She applied the fake nails before and then applied the gel. My nails are so thin that the fake nail is showing. The nail tech laid the gel over my cuticles as show in the picture so the gel is lifting and getting caught on clothing and the things. I initially requested Joyce and then was told to go to someone else after my pedicure. Just not happy with my nails and how much they cost. My pedicure was great the tech did a fantastic job. But after paying $160 for the service I don’t believe I’ll be going back. My first time Was great I was offered water but the second time just felt like a regular jail visit jus trying to rush and squeeze me in wherever they could.. I thought this nail salon was different.
