I had a wonderful experience at Ms. Joyce's salon today, Jan. 17, 2026, the day before my Birthday. My hair looks beautiful and my experience was top tier: from the professionalism to the great service and lovely energy-- Ms. Joyce sets a standard that she clearly passes on to her stylists. I also noticed how she uplifts her staff, and saw how she taught the younger stylists who were washing hair and otherwise assisting her. I felt so comfortable and cared for! I will definitely be back and will bring my 18 yo son, who has braids and usually only wants me to do his hair (lol)! Thank you for my fabulous Birthday hair style 🥰

I had an amazing experience at Joyce House of Beauty! The customer service was outstanding — everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and polite. I’ve been to other braiding shops before, but nothing compares to Joyce’s. Joyce herself was incredibly kind and communicative. She answered all my questions, both in person and through text, which made me feel really comfortable. The whole environment was peaceful and relaxing, and I appreciated that it wasn’t loud. The Christian music playing softly in the background made the experience even better. Sharon started my hair and did a fantastic job, and Joyce finished it beautifully. The ladies were Extremely nice and I couldn’t have received better service. It was my first time there and they welcome me with open arms. The atmosphere was Godly and that’s what we all need these days it was down to earth we laughed and talked, shared some experiences about our families just a really good atmosphere to sit and get your hair done.
