I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I highly recommend them. Hannah & Rose always do a fantastic job with my nails and are able to do designs that I show them. They are the sweetest ladies too. Sena and Rose did my nails today for Christmas (the bow with the plaid and candy cane.) I love that they have a rewards program so you can accumulate points to get discounts and $10 off for your birthday. They are a very clean salon and all the women working there are so friendly. I usually get a no chip manicure and regular pedicure or polish change on my toes whenever I go. They have a wide and great variety of of colors to choose from including cat eye and gel. They do a great job at fixing a broken nail as well. I’ll never go anywhere else. Absolutely love them. The owner is wonderful

I’ve been a client of Joyful Nails for the past 5–6 years. As a loyal supporter of small businesses in Palatine, I have to highlight that the owner, Sally, has created a beautiful salon where you can truly relax, de-stress, and pamper yourself — something I genuinely enjoy. They always listen to your needs and provide consistent and wonderful results! When I train for marathons, I opt for the no-chip pedi, and it always lasts beautifully. The products they use are top-notch — you never smell harsh chemicals like in many other salons that use stronger formulas. My nails are always hand-filed, leaving my nail beds healthier. Probably one of the worst no-chip mani I have ever received. Multiple fingers chipping within hours. I didn’t even have time to go back to get it fixed. My nails are tarnished for my trip and money is down the drain. Won’t be going back.

Definitely recommend this place. They take their time and they are super sweet. They can transform your nails into something new! They also make great suggestions. I took my 7 and 11 yr old girls....posted some pics. Forgot to mention the place is pretty, clean, up to date. Will definitely be coming back.

Had a great experience here! Booking an appointment was super easy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful - especially when I was stuck picking a color. The pedi service includes a relaxing massage and scrub, which was a nice bonus. Everything felt clean, efficient, and relaxing. It felt a little expensive to me of $40 for a regular pedicure but my friend said that felt normal to her so to each their own! Regardless would definitely recommend 💅🏽
