I included what I asked them for so you can see mind you. I had them take my hair out and restart over a simple two hour style took four hours, and I still left unhappy the braids were not braided well the pinwheels were uneven way too large after the first pinwheel I told her if you keep doing them this Big you’re not gonna be able to fit all the pinwheels on my head. She still continued to do what she wanted to. They use a ton of product on my hair. I’m currently taking my hair out. So stiff they don’t care about the integrity of your hair at all. They tell you that they can do something knowing that no one in the Salon can do it and just waste your time.

I don’t normally write reviews on hair services but I had to since my hair came out the way it did. I called this establishment during my lunch break asking if they’ll be able to do smedium boho knotless for me and she replied yes. I told her I would also need a take down of my sew-in and a wash. She said it was fine that I just needed to buy the boho hair and they’ll provide the braiding hair. I told her I wanted 2 braiders because of time and I was coming after work. I got to the shop at 5. I was grateful since it was a last minute appointment. Everything was fine until we got to the braiding part. The lady was struggling to do a middle part on my head so I assisted her. She was using product to assist her with parting but it still didn’t make a difference. She was about to do 5 rows on

Worst experience that I’ve ever had in my life. This lady used about 50 lbs of gel in my hair. It was itching during process and extremely uncomfortable now. PLEASE DONT GO! Got charged $180. Braids are cooked and how is this a protective style if you’re going to put an insane amount of gel on someone’s head??

Nah.... I'm super grateful I finally found this place because I've been struggling to find a stylist that could handle my hair with care whilst doing a good job with the style.... The team is really amazing in there

I am reaching out to formally express my disappointment with the sew-in service I received at your salon. I initially chose your salon because you advertise expertise in sew-ins, but my experience did not reflect that level of skill or professionalism. I spent over five hours in the chair, only to leave with a poorly done sew-in. Despite giving your team two opportunities to fix it, the results remained unsatisfactory. Additionally, I had to purchase a closure out of my own pocket because you were unable to properly execute the invisible part I originally requested. This experience has been both frustrating and time-consuming. On top of being 6 months pregnant I am unable to sit another 5hours to allow them to attempt another sew in repair.
