Joy Beauty has just about everything for all your beautification wants and desires. Fast friendly service with a smile.
They are so nice and friendly plus if you need dye for your hair or rubber bands or wigs they have it here.
they say they open at 9 but really open at 10 and now people are coming up here looking stupid because they aren’t open. this is false advertising and they need to do better because it’s ghetto and unprofessional.
Very friendly and knowledgeable about there inventory. Good suggestions also.
