Customer Reviews
All newly redecorated with new pedicure chairs (recline, massage) and new manicure stations. Very pretty. Employees are always friendly and accommodating. Owner, Tina, is the best.
Went in to have our daughter get her nails painted. This was her first time (she's 5 years old) and she loved it! Tina was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back. Great customer service!
February was my Valentine full set with Tina and matching Pedi (not pictured) with Lisa. I recommend Lisa to EVERYONE who wants an amazing pedicure and the sweetest woman to spend some off time with! She is simply beyond words!! <3 Back to JR as a whole: they are so accommodating and flexible they take walk-ins and appointments at the same time which can get a bit hectic. They are super busy all day being situated by a UA apartment housing, Tucson Mall you can see why already not to mention having a really great amount of regulars that are top priority. so you can expect to wait a behind a senior customers even if they show up late to an appointment and you were a walk in waiting 15 mins I saw it happened Twice. People were threatening to leave while I was there, if you want to beat the c

Definitely not worth it if you’re looking to be relaxed and pampered.
I visited this salon twice. My first experience was a decent pedicure, which encouraged me to return for a same-day appointment for a gel manicure with tips. Unfortunately, this second visit was disappointing. Despite booking in advance, the technician took a lunch break when I arrived, causing an unnecessary wait. I requested another tech, and Cindy stepped in. Cindy stated she had 24 years of experience but refused to do the gel service I asked for, insisting on acrylics instead. It seemed like she wasn’t familiar with the gel technique I requested. During the appointment, she made an off-putting comment suggesting I keep long nails because that’s what “women in the South side of Tucson usually get.” The remark felt racially charged and made me very uncomfortable. I asked for short, sq
