Way over priced. No price matching, no refund. I purchased the Andis Foil shaver #17220 here for $97 thinking it would be about the same price everywhere within a few dollars because I like supporting the local community. I tried to return the shaver or get some of the difference returned 10 minutes later (box was unopened, they tore when the inspected it). Nope. Fact; The same shaver is $55 online, go check it out. Shame on me for not checking first but this store is fleecing the demographic that supports them most. I will never shop here again and you should break the chain too.

Not nice at all!!! They change prices on you at the register. Watch your receipts!. The owner charged me $10.99 for an item that was $5.99. Then got mad when I cought it! She has a nasty attitude. They follow you around the store even if you have been spending money in there for years! They won't get another dime from me! Shop where you are appreciated!

the beauty supply update but over priced and the workers are friendly sometimes. i really try to avoid patronizing these stores

Great selection of products, but I was overcharged for hair. I brought 2 packs in the morning, returned, and purchased the same hair later that day and was charged $2 more for each pack. I showed them proof, and the employee tried to act like the register added it up wrong. They clearly punch prices in their selves. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. They will take money from you really quickly.

I was trying to color match some braiding hair with Boho hair. And the store workers were acting as if I was trying to steal. I ended up just leaving and not buying anything from the store. Not to mention everything in the store is over priced. You can buy anything they offer in the store for a fraction of the price online. This is why I normally shop online or with black owned shops.
