From the moment I walked into the shop, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere is relaxed, professional, and truly inviting—something that’s hard to come by these days. Jonah, in particular, is exceptional. He’s not only talented with the clippers, but also respectful, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave the chair feeling confident. The other barbers are just as respectful and professional, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable, no matter who you are. This shop is a gem in the Saint Louis and Metro East area, and I’m glad I found it

Hands down, the best barbershop in STL and it's by a mile. Nobody comes close to the attention to detail that you get at J's. Our regular barber in Soulard was out sick so we couldn't get to our appointment. I called J's and we walked in. It did take about 10 minutes of waiting but HIGHLY WORTH THE WAIT! ❤️ My son is very figgity and the young barber showed amazing patience and skill far beyond his years. I'm retired Army and know a great fade when I see it and this place is absolutely amazing. I can't recommend this place enough and also loved the company of a great Frenchie Bulldog that kept me company while my son's hair was cut. Tipped an extra $20 because Ho Le Fuk! Thanks again and like Schwarzenegger, I'll be back!

The best barbers. I have 3 boys and Knick gets them right everytime. They are so professional. They treat us like family and we do the same. If you want your hair cut right go to J's studio. They know their stuff. Love them !

Son went there. They did a great job. He has beautiful thick hair that has big relaxed curls. No one knows how to cut it. His stylist did amazing. Beautiful fade and kept his goatee and moustache tight.

I’ve been going to J’s studio for years. He provides meticulous attention to detail & dedication to making me look good. The vibes, the space, & people are truly unmatched! I highly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for the most talented barbers in STL. Very clean & professional as well.
