Lauren did a great job on my haircut. She listened to what I wanted and it turned out exactly how I hoped. The shop was clean, and everyone working there was really friendly and welcoming. Overall just a really good experience.

I want to start by saying the staff was friendly and professional, and the shop itself was clean and welcoming. The barber was courteous and took their time, and I appreciated the overall customer service experience. That said, I was honestly disappointed with the price. The haircut I requested was very simple and straightforward — nothing complicated or time-consuming — yet the cost felt much higher than expected for such a basic service. I also inquired about a veterans discount and was told there wasn’t one available, which was discouraging. I respect that businesses set their own pricing, but for a quick and easy haircut, the value just didn’t match the cost for me. Because of that, I’m not sure I would return. It had been way too long since my last cut, and my hair was starting to have its own personality (and not a good one). Nikki stepped in and completely transformed me. The attention to detail was incredible, and the vibe was even better. I went from 'neglected mop' to 'ready for my close-up' in an hour. Seriously, if you want to feel like the main character again, book Nikki immediately. 5/5 stars isn't enough.

Mattie did an excellent job. From start to finish, the experience was professional and welcoming. Mattie paid great attention to detail, listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered a clean, sharp cut that exceeded my expectations. You can tell she takes pride in her work.
