I’ve never been happier to find a salon! I’ve been screwed over by so many places and paid OUTRAGEOUS prices just to be upset. But once I found this gem and Miss Mary, it’s the only place I’ll go! She listen to me from the start and understood what I wanted and had been through. She’s made every experience so amazing and personable, she’s like my best friend I see every couple months! Mary is incredible!! I was very nervous to go to a new stylist but she makes you feel right at home and is very accommodating. I have dark black Asian hair that is bleached at the ends and she was able to beautifully highlight and fix my whole situation! Do not have any second thoughts when you are booking with Julep because they will do you right! I highly recommend Mary and I was blown away by her craft, attention to detail, and expertise.

This was my first time getting my hair colored and I’m so glad I trusted her with it. She did such a good job! Beautiful salon and such nice people.

The first time I came here, I had to wait 1.5 hours because the stylist was running late with another client. I didn’t complain, paid full price ($80) for a quick wash and trim. The wash was poor — my hair felt greasy again as soon as I got home — though the trim was fine. When I tried to book again, I had a 12:00 appointment but got delayed by an urgent job interview. I called and texted to let them know I might be 5–10 minutes late, and they said it was fine. In reality, I was about 30 minutes late, but I confirmed I was on my way. Instead of accommodating me, they refused service and demanded a 50% “no-show” fee. I reminded them that I had once waited 1.5 hours for them with no compensation, but they refused to meet me halfway. I won’t be returning. The quality does not match the price,

I have my hair color today with Tricia. I came from California and it took me 9 months to search for a hair salon. Finally, I found the best hair salon ever. The people that worked there are super friendly and clean atmosphere. Tricia has a very warm personality and feel very welcomed on my very first conversation with her. If you are looking for a hair dresser I highly recommend Julep Hair Boutique. I was watching all the people that worked there and i was just so impressed how knowledgeable they are and how they handled their clients with respect.
