On Saturday the 17th I went in into Julie’s for a pedicure and gel manicure. I’ve been there twice before and had a fairly good experience so it wasn’t a problem going back again. However, this time my experience was traumatizing. I was seated in the chair with Son working starting on my toes when the owner came over to remove the old polish from my finger nails. She immediately started to say, and loudly I might add because her voice carries, that my toenails were long and I should come more often. She repeatedly made these comments in a full salon (Saturday morning) embarrassing me completely. I am a 70 year woman with many joint and mobility issues and she knows nothing about me and was out of line and unprofessional to pass judgement publicly on a situation she knew nothing about. I wa

I have been getting my nails done for a long time. I don’t like writing bad reviews. Very transactional, I also observed as no one cleaned their station after each customer. There was a wet cloth on the station I sat at and could smell the wet towel smell when they sit out wet for awhile. Needless to say I won’t be back.

This was my first time going here. Spent 3hrs!! Couldn’t get what I wanted. I wanted a color match with my toes and hands you can clearly see they don’t match!!! Me and my husband went got 2 pedicures and I got a full set spent over 200 $$ and got generic nails that don’t match! When you say something they made me feel uncomfortable. My toes I love them I just wanted my hands to match and not to feel like I’m not being heard. I even showed her what I wanted on my hands for design. I just want to find a good nail tech . Won’t be going back. I don’t mind paying if I’m going what I want.

Ive been going here for over 2 yrs now. I love this place and the staff is absolutely the most amazing people. I read two negative reviews and I honestly do not believe it was this location they reviewed there so many Julie nails salon’s because this one is top notch!
