Just 4 Him Men’s Haircuts of Houma West

I just walked in with my children to get my son’s haircut. As soon as I walked in one of the girls (blonde hair) immediately said were booked for the day mam while shaking her head. No one said Hello, Hi, How are you, what can we do for you, would you like to schedule something another time? Nothing like that! I felt like I was being kicked out the second the door opened because they closed early for Halloween. Someone was ready to get off for Halloween instead of having manners and being polite with customer service. That could’ve been handled in a much better manner. And while writing this, I watched two other people walk out as soon as they walked in! And they don’t close for another 40 mins! It was a pleasure to trust Amanda with my hair. I was in good hands. They even offer water or a beer when you get your haircut.

Not sure who the girl was that cut my hair this morning but I believe she was pregnant so that should allow people to identify who not to go to. she didn't listen to any of my instructions and jacked up my hair so bad I had tears running down my face walking out the door. I do plan on updating this post once I find out her name to save others from the horrific experience I had today. I have had all great experiences there for many years until this morning.

What's the point of making an appointment if you don't get seen on time? 30 mins after appointment time and still waiting.

Not accepting walk ins an hour before close is ridiculous. Correct information should be listed on website and advertising.
