Unfortunately, I feel compelled to write a review because the customer service was so poor I never even got to make an appointment. purchased a Groupon for tanning after reading great reviews on the actual service. A few weeks ago I called not knowing the business was closed and a woman named Sam picked up the phone. She told me that she would take down my information and call me the next day to schedule an appointment. In retrospect, I wonder why she answered the phone if the business was closed in the first place. Sam never got back to me the next day and I have since called two times to no answer during business hours. The fourth time I called, today, during business hours, no one responded to the phone. DO NOT PURCHASE THE GROUPON- this place is a scam, very disappointing. I have been trying to call them for a week now to book an appointment and no one has answered, they have a "live chat" on their website but it's a fake cause whoever was on the other side of the line told me they would call me back but never did and I do not see why that would be a problem to book an appointment for a potential customer. So, overall do not purchase this groupon you will waste your time with this! Hopefully this business will see this review and finally decide to call me back lol

I booked an appointment for cool sculpting here on a Saturday (very nice of the staff to take time out of their busy schedule on a weekend) to treat my inner and outer thighs and I must say, I had an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff is so friendly and professional (Araksya is the best!), the treatment was literary painless and I was able to walk out of the office without any pain. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has been thinking about doing cool sculpting.

The worst experience I have ever had to deal with. I received a massage as a gift from here and had to get it rescheduled 4 times. They constantly called me and asked me to accommodate their schedule, which I did. I got a phone call on the day of my original appointment asking if I would be comming in, when they had called me a few days prior asking me to switch my appointment because the masseuse was "sick." It came to a point where I had to ask for my money back because this place is a mess. The fact that it was so difficult to even write an appointment change is beyond me. And the fact that they charge $75 for a missed appointment is unrealistic. Unreliable, Disrespectful, and beyond Disorganized.
