I forgot to ask the name of the kind lady who did my nails, but she did an amazing job! She’s really good at what she does and makes sure you’re satisfied throughout the entire process. My nails came out exactly how I wanted — JV Nails definitely gained a new customer! And for the people saying they’re rude in the reviews, everyone has off days. Imagine doing nails all day. They’re doing the best they can, and I genuinely appreciate them.

Rude customer service. I came in after being told to come by to show a picture of the nails I wanted, but no one acknowledged me or spoke to me when I walked in. Whether that’s their ‘normal’ or not, I felt ignored, so I left. Edit: I do appreciate the response from the owner.

I will NEVER go there again. I was treated horribly by the guy that does nails in there. They never speak or say thank you or anything. I paid with a hundred dollar bill and was chastised about a corner being torn off. He marked it to make sure it was real and it was . Then proceeded to follow me outside and said go with him to the bank to make sure it could be spent. Basically to make sure it was real. I was so infuriated . NEVER EVER AGAIN
