Jón Alan Salon Cool Springs

It was my first time at this salon, I was gifted a certificate for Christmas for a facial. I was excited because I haven’t had a facial in quite a few years. The front desk staff was super welcoming and friendly. The esthetician I had was very nice, but I am now questioning if she knows proper dermaplaning technique. While she was doing this service there were a few areas it felt like she may have applied too much pressure but after getting home I noticed that I have multiple abrasions on my face and neck and a few areas where she cut the skin that have now left scabs. I’m going on a cruise at the end of the week and am now worried my face is going to be in not so great shape to be in the sun.

I came here for my wedding trial and Abby was my stylist. My hair is very thin and fine and I can never get it to do anything. This woman worked some magic and I literally cried because my hair has never looked so beautiful. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Can’t wait to have my hair done here on my wedding day!

Been coming to this salon at one location or another for the past 12 years! Never had a bad experience! My last stylist left so Brianna did my cut/color on my most recent visit, and I really liked her! She listened to what I wanted and delivered! I will definitely come back to see her!

I went for a bold change - brown to nearly black with purple highlights. Love it! Everyone was so nice and Brittany N did a great job.

Hayley was absolutely AWESOME! Love, love, love my hair!!!! Already made a return appointment, and all of the other staff I had interactions with were lovely. What a wonderful place!
