My wife & I have visited six times in the past year and each haircut was great! Kim is both gentle & efficient in her work, she helped me understand different haircut options, and she's accommodating when I wanted to make an adjustment mid-cut. She is also pleasant to talk to. The chairs are comfortable and the shop space is very clean. I use the website to book appointments and it's easy with text & calendar reminders.

Show Kim a picture of what I wanted and she knew exactly what I wanted and got to work right away. Very quick and affordable as well! She was gentle and made sure I like it. Its very hard for me to find a barber shop I like as they cant get what I want right. This came out exactly as I wanted and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I called in for an appointment and she was timely, cut my hair to my specifications. I like her personality and will go back. Kim gave me the information to do a web appointment. I found her prices reasonable.

Update: Kim reached out through email apologizing and has offered to correct the situation while also offering a refund. She clearly took the matter serious and I appreciate her response time. If I lived closer I’d go back and take her offer to try to fix it. I truly regret not reading the lower reviews here. It sounds like the owner Kim is an amazing barber and does a great job but whoever the second one was, I had a very similar experience to the other one star review with her, not listening to what I had requested and unfortunately, my hair paid the price. I asked just to Trim and fade around my ears and then trim my beard. I noticed that she was very rough with her hands, which I think I’ve experienced one other time which doesn’t automatically mean a bad haircut. But the way she cut
