K-Braids

My daughter went to K's Braids yesterday and the result was bad. First, the appointment was scheduled for 10am but K called to change the appointment time to 11am. Once my daughter arrived she didn't start on her hair until about 2pm. The stylist kept stopping and taking other adult customers ahead of my daughter and disregarding my daughter and her time. If you are interested in getting soft locs, boho locs, or faux locs I DO NOT recommend this salon. They do not know how to install or complete this hair style but repeatedly said they do. They used too much wrapping hair and wrapped so tightly that my daughter's edges were pulled and hurting and the locs were stiff with no movement. I went Saturday 8/3 to get my hair braided. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am with the owner but she did not start my hair until after 10:30 am. I called today to tell her I was not satisfied with my hair because she did not do it how I asked her to, I even showed her pictures on how I wanted it done. She lied and said she finished my hair at 1pm when in fact it was a little after 3pm. I told her I wanted my money back or at least half of it and she hung up the phone. I asked her about the style a few days prior and she said she could do it. If you do not know how to do a style then you should have just said that from the beginning. The pictures with the red hair is what I asked for and the other pictures is what she did. I will never go back to her again, I highly do not recommend.

The work done at K-Braids is the absolute BEST EVER! No one else will ever do my hair. The price and customer service are unsurpassed by ANYONE!

She was so professional and kind!. The prices are unbeatable! Definitely worth the value and I will definitely be returning!!! Thank you!!

Was going fine till I got charged more than the initial price she said in my messages , didn’t leave me any hairs out for my edges, brought my own hair and clips and she didn’t wanna add the clips . On top of all this not only did I get charged 40$ more for no reason but she also made me pay cash when they take either cash or card which was so unbelievable. Will not be Returning!!
