K C Nails

Called first thing in the morning to get an appointment, someone called me back and confirmed they had time for me, so I planned my day around my 3 o’clock appointment, Took an Uber there, because my car is in the shop. When I got there, they looked all confused, and asked me if I was sure that I booked an appointment there. I showed them the text sent from them- turns out the receptionist had made an error and they couldn’t take me, no apologies really, just some shrugged shoulders. It’s a shame because I had started becoming a regular there. And I tip great!

Got a gel pedicure and picked a picture of a flower on the toe from their Instagram, the man (think his name is Bill) didn’t know how to do it and seemed pretty confused. A lady came over and did it for him. Thats fine. But it was phoned in, Definitely didn’t have the nice details that the picture from their instagram did 🫤 Then for my manicure, I brought over 4 pastel colors I showed him a picture of a French manicure done in pastel tips. I told him not to cut my nails too short. My thumb nails are beyond short after this manicure. I Had short nails anyways, but the skin that is normally under my nail is showing, like the lip of skin that holds the nail is out on both thumbs. And it hurts. I’ll start off by saying my pedicure was absolutely lovely from beginning to end. The staff is also very sweet. Unfortunately my manicure could have been much better. My fingers were stained from the powder dip and gel polish making the manicure look messy and unprofessional. I’ve been trying to scrub it off but it’s been difficult. I’m bummed because no one should have to do this after going to a nail salon.

Nancy is amazing! I will only go to her...until now...we are moving and want to take her with us!! She is friendly, attentive and caring. I love my French Dips!! She also does my eye brows with precision. Never do I have to wait for my appointment. Annie, the owner, is pretty amazing too!!

I really enjoyed my pedicure, I had a gift card for my bday and so I upgraded to gel polish and I was heading on vacation and wanted my toes to last. Unfortunately I went Thursday afternoon, and this morning one of my toes has already completely popped off. Pretty bummed that I paid extra for gel when it didn't even last 48 hrs.
