K D African Hair Braiding

The owner did my hair hair. I sent her a picture of the style I wanted and she did an AWESOME job. She was very nice, made me feel very comfortable. We had great conversation and laughter. I’m mentioning this because I haven’t been to a hair salon in over 30 yrs or more. Looking forward to going back. Thank you!

KD is like the Baobab Tree of Senegal. She’s so filled with wisdom and love and her braids are on point. A truly good human and hair stylist. Highly Recommend !

I got knotless box and as you can see they’re LOOSE and those photos were taken 6 days after I had them done. However I couldn’t get ahold of 1 stylist for almost 2 weeks to come in and have them fixed. By the time someone answered the phone they’re telling me I can’t receive a partial refund or to have them fixed and Khady hung up in my face. ANd she had the audacity to say I don’t have braiding hair ( I’m puerto rican & black) SO UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE!

I love KD’s !!!! everyone is so nice, they take their time when braiding your hair and can accommodate you always. She answered all of my questions, was very patient, and did a great job with my hair !! i will be back !

This is literally the best experience I ever had!!!! I legit am so tired of these young Americans who charge soo much and do a terrible job and I realize that thanks to K D that excellent service is what matters the most. When I came here not only was it fast service but it was soo freaking cheap I feel like I let myself down by not coming here sooner!
