K Nails

I went with a friend and we both loved the outcome of our nails and had a great experience there. The staff were super friendly and kind, and they did an amazing job on my nails. I got a short/medium almond length set and I get compliments on them almost every day! Definitely recommend this salon if you want quality work and great service.

I went to K nails to get a pedicure and the older gentleman started my pedicure well as he is removing the gel nail polish, he burned me a few times and I asked if the lady from last visit would do my pedicure because he was hurting me. I was willing to wait so she says I’m booked. Now comes the lady Tham and says to the gentleman in their language to stop which was great. I sat there waiting for 30 more minutes without anyone telling anything. When she came to finish my pedicure she had an attitude and she was so rough, burned, picked at my big toes so much that they bleed and then she didn’t even sanitize it just put the cover back. I was so upset but quiet about it. To top it off the next day my toe hurted so bad that I got a bad infection.

Staff are so friendly and kind. I have been here twice and have nothing but good things to say! I got Catseye Nail Polish the first time, and got Almond nails this time. They did an amazing job on my jails, and they were efficient getting me in. :)

I always come to K Nails never with my son. I brought my son with me he sat in the pedicure chair beside of me. The Guy rudely ask could he sit up front & wait. I instructed my son too go back up front & sit, my son didn’t understand why he had to sit up front & he wanted to sit beside his Mom. As my son was walking to the front the guy was directing him where to go. I said he knows where to go he’s not understanding why he has to sit up front. There aren’t any signs that says no kids & etc. I ask him do they not allow kids he said yes the pedicure chairs are from customers only & the chairs aren’t cheap. Salon isn’t kid friendly. The guy is very rude

They are very rude and want to do your nails the way they want to do them. when you ask them to make an adjustment they say you are too picky. A Person has a right to be picky if they’re paying for it they sure don’t mind taking your money, but don’t want to do their job. The lady even handed me a fingernail file for me to file my own nails down. I had a bad experience and I will never go back there.( Ever).
