Kadija Professional African Hair Braiding

My experience yesterday was TERRIBLE!!!! First I went to Snyder Avenue then they had me wait for a good 10 minutes then asked me to walk over to Linden Avenue. The place as very unkept. Don’t ever ask to use the bathroom, it’s filthy. I’m also pretty sure my 11-year- daughter got a bed bug bite on her leg on her leg by sitting on their couch. Last but not least the braiders DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING! I Kept showing them the picture of the style I wanted, but they just didn’t get it. Smh. I was VERY UPSET for wasting my time and hard earned money. I’m NEVER going back to any of her Salons!

There's another location Kadijah #2 on Linden Blvd. I walked in and was quoted a price which was very fair. I brought my own hair and Claudia my braider did a phenomenal job. She worked quickly and my braids were not overly tight. I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely return.

So disappointed. I got my hair braided here twice, the most recent being this past weekend. I walked out pleased with how my hair looked and felt as well as the service i received from the main person braiding my hair. The poor rating is for the rudeness from the other women working there. I returned today to get a braid done over because it was literally falling out of my head and immediately the women in the shop began trash talking me in their first language and being rude because i asked for them to fix the braids. There’s no reason why newly done braids should be coming out after 4 days!! Good customer service would be politely fixing the issue for a customer that paid you over $100 for a service that was spoken highly of. Smh

When doing my hair they were constantly talking and it took me 5 hrs
